User policy

In order to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests, our hotel has established the following rules in accordance with Article 6 of the Accommodation Terms and Conditions. Please note that failure to comply may result in refusal of accommodation or use of hotel facilities, and you may be held responsible. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.

1.Guest rooms are strictly for lodging and dining purposes only.

2.The use of heating or cooking devices, as well as any electric appliances—including irons—not provided by the hotel, is strictly prohibited on the premises.

3.Please do not tamper with or unlock windows.

4.Smoking in bed is strictly prohibited.

5.Do not invite visitors into guest rooms or allow them to use the room facilities or items without permission.

6.Please do not move, alter, or modify any fixtures or furnishings in the guest rooms or common areas without prior permission. In the event of any damage, defacement, or lo
ss of facilities, equipment, or property within the premises, you will be responsible for the actual cost of repair, restoration, or replacement.

7.The following items are strictly prohibited within the hotel premises:
a. Pets or birds (guide dogs are exempt)
b. Items with offensive odors
c. Items in quantities beyond common sense
d. Firearms, swords, or similar items without proper permits
e. Explosives, flammable items such as gunpowder or gasoline

8.Please refrain from loud talking, singing, or any disruptive behavior, as well as gambling or acts against public order and morals within the hotel or guest rooms.

9.Distribution of advertisements or sale of goods without hotel authorization is prohibited.

10.Please do not leave personal belongings unattended in hallways or the lobby.

11.Minors are not permitted to stay alone without parental or guardian consent.

12.Please deposit cash, valuables, and similar items in the front desk safe. Please note that the hotel cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft if these items are not stored in the safe.

13.Responsibility for items left at various facilities within the hotel will be determined by the rules of each facility.Items left at the cloakroom will be kept for one month.

14.Lost and found items will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. However, please note that food items (including spices and seasonings) will be promptly disposed of for hygiene reasons. We kindly ask for your understanding. Please also note that magazines and similar items will likewise be disposed

15.The hotel shall not be held responsible for any accidents, damage, theft, or other incidents involving vehicles parked in our parking lot or in the parking lots of our affiliated hotels. Additionally, the hotel assumes no responsibility for any accidents or damage that may occur while a staff member is assisting with vehicle guidance.

16. Guests with tattoos (including temporary tattoo stickers, regardless of their size or location on the body) are not permitted to use the public bath.

17.In cases where the hotel determines that it is unsafe to bathe due to intoxication, the use of the large public bath and bathing facilities will be refused.

18.Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking guest rooms and smoking areas. If smoking is confirmed in non-smoking guest rooms or non-designated areas, you may be charged the actual costs for special cleaning and deodorization.

19.Please refrain from eating or drinking in common areas other than the restaurant.

20.The use of prostitution services or acts that fall under adult entertainment business laws, as well as the use of dispatched sex-related services (such as “delivery health”), are strictly prohibited. In addition, entry of non-registered guests (third parties) into guest rooms or other areas of the facility is not permitted for safety management reasons. If such activities are discovered, you may be asked to leave the premises immediately. Please note that in such cases, accommodation charges will not be refunded.
